The L.E.A.D Academy at HUMBER POLYTECHNIC – IES Institute of Executive Studies is an immersive program that blends leadership, entrepreneurship, AI, and global learning for high school students ready to learn with industry, create with purpose, and make an impact.

Program Overview
The L.E.A.D Academy (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and AI for Development) helps students ignite their potential at Canada’s leading polytechnic. Participants will gain practical skills in entrepreneurship and leadership while engaging in real-world experiences and cultural immersion.
